Resolution in the most adverse circumstances
Sincerest thanks and the utmost gratitude to Jack Haskew and Salv Sole at KWW. They assisted me in navigating a very difficult path to resolution of my late mother's estate. When you employ a legal team, it's so important for it to feel like they're on your side and an extension of your own efforts, but one that has the expertise and capability of navigating complex matters, and achieving what a legal document sets out. I must commend both Jack and Salv for their professionalism, empathy and indepth understanding of what they were dealing with, which all helped to achieve final resolution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both, and was extremely grateful to benefit from their extensive experience.

KWW became my trusted advisers from Sept 21 to date led by Jack Haskew, head of their Private Client team. From the outset, Jack proved himself to be an excellent source of considered advice which I highly valued throughout. His expertise in inheritance tax, estate planning, probate and will disputes proved invaluable. He helped me understand and administer my executor duties in a tax efficient way for which I am extremely grateful. Jack also showed a great deal of empathy and understanding during some difficult times.
Through Jack's recommendation, I was introduced to Eve Wilson, solicitor and partner, who helped me to transfer a property title supported by an extremely efficient and well-organised team of support staff.
Jack then recommended me to Michelle Clarke in the conveyancing team who supported me to sell a property. She was both attentive and efficient in handling the sale which proceeded smoothly.

I have been using KWW for over 20 years now, firstly for 2 house purchases during that time and more recently with the drafting of my Will. I worked with both Jack Haskew and Victoria Mitchell and both are very easy to work with coupled with being very professional. Victoria was very efficient at handling any queries that I had and all the documentation was flawlessly put together.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending KWW - they are a great local law firm.

Emily Brodrick was amazing. Super responsive, easy to work with and nailed every aspect of the process. Our shared client, the vendor, was pretty slow with paperwork but Emily was happy to spend the time on the phone with him to ensure everything was done at pace.
The sale completed yesterday and I know I've got a lifelong solicitor to turn to for all my deals moving forward! Thanks Emily!

I have not felt like I'm receiving a good service at all. Neither I nor the estate agent have been able to get an update on the sale of our flat. Still no estimated completion date, on a sale with no chain. I wouldn't mind if they gave us an update as requested but as of yet, no communication.
