They were busy but agreed to see me today

I called seeking help for my case hoping to get advise and details on fees. The woman who answered the phone who appeared to be a solicitor was impatient, rude and arrogant. The most Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Discourteous solicitors I’ve ever encountered. Back street solicitors. STAY WELL AWAY.
