All's well that ends well
After starting with a member of the team I found it difficult to engage with, I was offered another person who could not have been more helpful. She understood the circumstances I was in, always answered my enquiries quickly, politely and professionally while being very friendly and sympathetic. I would certainly use her services again.
I have left three blanks below because my needs did not need great legal knowledge, so I can't judge that, it was all fairly straight forward so tenacity was not needed and I don't think they were more expensive than other practices but I haven't dealt with solicitors for many years. I am sure that in different circumstances I would have ticked those as well. All my answers (except the first one) to the last questions, are based on my dealings with the second person with blanks where I don't feel able to judge.

Fantastic service from Stav at Dollman & Pritchard. Assisted with transferring ownership of property while at the same time overseeing the legal side of a change in mortgage alongside my mortgage broker. The whole process was very straightforward and appreciate all the advice from Stav. What I thought was going to be a complicated exercise, he ensured it wasn't.

Stav Achillea of Dollman Pritchard provided an efficient service and got the job done. The fees were competitive and everything regarding costs was made clear up front and the estimate given as to how long the process would take was clearly based on past experience and a fairly accurate one.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
Outstanding service received for a commercial lease on a new office.
John was thorough, pointed out any issues that may have arisen, updated us regularly with information and dealt with the whole transaction promptly and professionally. As this was the first time I personally had been involved with this type of transaction I probably had more questions than most, John was happy to answer all of these comprehensively and made me feel very confident that this was in the right hands.
Would 100% recommend Dollman & Pritchard, specifically John and will certainly look to use them again should the need arise.
