All's well that ends well
After starting with a member of the team I found it difficult to engage with, I was offered another person who could not have been more helpful. She understood the circumstances I was in, always answered my enquiries quickly, politely and professionally while being very friendly and sympathetic. I would certainly use her services again.
I have left three blanks below because my needs did not need great legal knowledge, so I can't judge that, it was all fairly straight forward so tenacity was not needed and I don't think they were more expensive than other practices but I haven't dealt with solicitors for many years. I am sure that in different circumstances I would have ticked those as well. All my answers (except the first one) to the last questions, are based on my dealings with the second person with blanks where I don't feel able to judge.
