It took this company six months to try and complete the conveyancing on a property I bought which was completely chain free. In the end I had to dispense with their services and go to another firm. I thien realised that they hadn't even completed the contract correctly, the sellers name was incorrect and also the amount of the purchase price was incorrect! Don't use this form, my advice is to stay clear
