Tom Burchan at Fairweather Law acted for us in the sale of our house and the purchase of a brand new property. He was the most responsive and efficient solicitor that ever conveyed a property for us in the past 40 years of house moves. He always returned calls and emails promptly and was always clear on where we were in the process and managed our expectations. He listened to any concerns or issues we raised and was supportive throughout. Highly recommended.

Trent and Karen provided conveyancing services for the sale of my existing house and purchase of a new one. My existing house was a leasehold shared ownership and the new house had an unregistered title so not a straightforward case! Regardless of this Trent provided great advice, worked in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his communication. I would recommend Trent and will use his services again in the future when I move again!
