Excellent service

I used Greene & Greene Solicitors to obtain a copy of a divorce certificate and to have the same notarised and then legalised by the Foreign Office. The service that I received throughout was excellent. Great advice, great communication, I couldn't have asked for better

Conveyancing Service

As executor of my late Great Aunt's will, I needed a conveyancing solicitor to act for the sale of her house in Bury. Born in bury in 1928, she had worked as secretary for a Mr V D M Hall at Greene & Greene as a school leaver, so they were my first choice. I asked for a second quote and Greene & Greene were slightly more competitive, which was great news. Tim Fox (who remembers Mr Hall) has been a pleasure to deal with. He has acted swiftly and efficiently and answered any queries in a very timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Greene & Greene; Thank you Tim!

Needed a swift outcome on a settlement agreement, having never gone through this process before. Selene was highly professional and explained everything in easy to understand terms, and in a very timely manner. Her advice resulted & subsequent counter offer ended in a better outcome than originally expected so I was more than happy with the result.

Benn, at G&G, was recommended to us for the sale of our house and purchase of another, and we were very glad he was, as he was brilliant.
He is very knowledgeable, professional, prompt in his responses and kept us up to date at all times, even when there wasn’t actually anything to report.
In addition, he is a really nice man, with a warm and approachable manner, so his involvement made what could have been a very stressful experience, much easier.
Big thanks to Benn and we wish him well.

Fantastic service and great conveyance, made incredibly simple.

I approached G&G on the recommendation from a family member who stated that Tim Fox had looked after recent legal situations for him, including buying and selling of various houses.

Tim then proceeded to surpass my expectations, simplifying the process for me, making sure i understood what he was doing and why at each stage. His communication is excellent and as the normal hurdles that appear during a house purchase arose he tackled them with professionalism and ease.

I would definitely go to G&G and Tim again for any legal matters in future.

Thank you Tim, It really was appreciated!
