Incompetant and unprofessional
Simon Stowe failed to submit paperwork on my lease extension case, costing me thousands of pounds. He initially offered to pay the costs but then refused to do so, forcing me to complain to the legal ombudsman. Years later, they found in my favour and I recovered some of the money. The incompetence continued until the very end- he missed the deadline to pay compensation, forcing me to waste further time. The whole experience was immensely stressful and time consuming.
Later, I hired another solicitor, who completed the work correctly, and at a fraction of the cost charged by Simon Stowe. This firm should be avoided at all costs.
