Highly recommended

I instructed Richard Buckley to help me at a very upsetting time. He represented me in court proceedings relating to my son. As an advocate in court, Richard is absolutely brilliant at what he does and I am very grateful to him for his hard work and support. Thanks to his skill and hard work my son has been protected. Richard was very professional, honest, have good clear advice and very knowledgeable.

Avoid!!!

This firm is the worst choice any one could make if you need a fair, professional and reasonable lawyer! Based on my experience i can say that it is a greedy and unprofessional firm. They failed to keep me informed about my costs, they acted in a breach of Client Care agreement and they disregarded duty of care to me as their client. The amount of mistakes made in a course of my case was staggering. There was insufficient, ineffective or simply inexistent communication about my costs. The final bill was 3 times(!) of the quote given and there was no effort to keep me informed or to check affordability. I am financially devastated, which will have a long lasting impact on my life. My only advice to others - STAY AWAY from them! You deserve so much better! I would put zero stars if I possibly could.

Very disappointed

We feel we received a very poor service which was overly expensive. First solicitor left with no notice having given what we considered to be costly and incorrect information. Subsequent solicitor was curt, impatient and seemed reluctant to handle the case. Kindness, understanding and empathy in difficult divorce circumstances for my daughter would have been appreciated. I can only presume that restrictions imposed by Covid had some impact on the level of service - but very disappointed and now moved to a new firm where we have been treated completely differently. Very sad that my daughter did not receive the understanding and proper representation she needed.

Excellent service

Catherine and Robin have been a great help in the completion of our house sale. They responded quickly and efficiently to our emails, keeping us up to date with how everything was progressing. Catherine worked out of hours numerous times and we definitely felt we had support and guidance. We will be using again when we come to buying another property and would definitely recommend.
