I hired Sutherland & Co Law in January 2023 for a very simple Deed Transfer form. I was assigned Leah Bolshaw. This should have taken a month, two at a push - there was no money being transferred, it was literally just a case of signing the paperwork. Over the next SEVEN MONTHS my case was passed to trainee Tia, then to Sally, then back to Leah, then to Tia again who forgot that she was on the case originally and asked me to complete payment that I had made in January.
Quite possibly the most unprofessional experience I've had with a solicitor. Do not use unless you want to lose half a year of your life.

I have used the services of Caroline Sutherland and Amanda Tomkins for over 10 years both for my personal and business needs and I have found them to be always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite and punctilious. I would not hesitate to recommend Sutherland & Co Law to anyone and have done so to many friends and colleagues.
