My mother instructed Jon James when she lost her eye due to negligence. Unfortunately mum passed away, but Jon continued the case on our behalf.

The advice I received from Aysha Choudhary was exemplary and the order was dealt with in a matter of weeks. Whilst not complex, there were some challenging aspects to getting the order approved which was successful on account of Ayshas advice and drafting. Very professional people, but not cheap. Sometimes, you have to spend money to get the right outcome. That applies to everything, including getting your car fixed!! You can see where the money goes before you even get to barristers. Worth it in my case. Sometimes you don't get a choice.

The firm seems to be faceless, do not return phone calls (7 made with no response to one of their Paralegals) and getting a response over email like getting blood out of a stone. Zero common courtesy. There are better, genuine firms out there so keep searching!
