Approached Robertsons in Barry for support with a family matter. Initially felt listened to and their plan of action was reassuring but quickly let down by non response to emails and phone calls after promises by them around timescales completely fake. Happy to lure you in, get the money and then do nothing. Felt let down

They took đ° more than we agreed , then provided me with copy decree absolute certificate and they told me its original one .
After while i went to apostille it , and foreign commonwealth and development office refused to certified it BECAUSE was only COPY decree absolute .
When i gave them call to see how to help they refused to assist with this matter.
Don't waste your mony with them

Iâm not sure any divorce can be successful (?) but Chris Barber ran my case in an efficient and professional manner. Always explained my options and the pros and cons. I was amicable with my ex it was fairly straight forward and Robertsons just got it done with little stress from me knowing it was all in hand. Many thanks.

Merging with Paddison Wigley in 1985, we relocated to our listed building premises at Park Place, Cardiff in 1987. And weâve been here ever since. Our Barry office remained at the original Paddison Wigley offices in Buttrils Road until 2020. Due to the growth of demand, we moved to St Nicholas Road to provide more central and modernised offices for our clients.
