I was dismissed by a global blue chip company and in my opinion was done so wrongfully.
I searched the internet and thankfully came across Tom Street Solicitors.
From start to finish they represented me and guided me through so much, without their assistance I would have potentially not followed through with my convictions.
Following a 4 day industrial tribunal and much deliberation thereafter I was contacted by my representative from start to finish Alex Passmen who was all over the case throughout to inform me that we was successful on 2 counts which exceeded my expectations.

Went above and Beyond!

I recently worked with Jo from Tom Street Solicitors in an employment case. I had been treated extremely badly by my former employer and she was genuinely caring and sympathetic towards me. It had severely impacted my mental health, so having someone to take the emotion out of it all and look at the facts of the case knowledgeably was exactly what I needed.

Jo went above and beyond and did everything she could to ensure I felt reassured and supported, explaining how everything would work and what to expect. I would therefore highly recommend Tom Street's solicitors and Jo.

Tom and myself had a call regarding a quite complex and difficult employment dispute I was having with my employer. Despite the complexities of the case (and obviously my own apprehension to decide whether it was something even worth the consideration of a solicitor), Tom reassured me straight away and grasped the details in a very professional manner. His advice had an extremely positive outcome for my circumstances and for that I could not recommend him enough. His advice was pivotal and crucial to the outcome.

A life saver for challenging employment disputes

Tom won my employment tribunal against my multi-national former employer who owed me thousands of pounds. I had a strong case but it was clearly going to be a lengthy and challenging process but Tom is dogged and extremely knowledgable. So grateful as my former employer caused me a ton of stress and hardship due to their behaviour.

Professional service and superb support

I have received excellent support from Ellie Humphris at Tom Street & Co Solicitors. After a quick search online to find a solicitors firm I was very surprised to be speaking to a solicitor about my employment tribunal case so quickly and was grateful as I had left things a big late. It was made easy to contact Ellie directly after I'd missed a phone call, the advice I received was brilliant and I am incredibly grateful for it. I would definitely recommend Tom Street & Co solicitors. From the other solicitors I had contacted it was clear that many choose to make what could be a simple process to speak to a solicitor an unnecessarily complicated one.
