Lucy provided exceptional service from beginning to end. Our sale had several complicating factors, but Lucy handled everything with excellence. Despite the competitive pricing, she was thorough and prompt in addressing all inquiries. Additionally, Lucy was a strong advocate for us, ensuring that her fee was more than justified due to the savings made based on her advice and pushback to buyers. The property was subject to the building and safety act, and Lucy advised us through the leasehold deed of certificate process. I would not hesitate to work with Lucy again and am extremely grateful for all the support she provided.

I am very happy and pleased with their services. Ms. Gulshan communicated with me promptly and give me sound legal advise and guided me throughout her handling my late husband’s Estate. She is very professional and meticulous with her work. She is very approachable and responded very promptly to my questions. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs her services.
Ms. Lewis is my conveyancing Solicitor who did my work promptly and professionally. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs a Conveyancing Solicitor.
