I spoke with a solicitor about my case and it was a different one that showed up on the day with a note about my case, I had to go all over the story again, come the 2nd trial and no-one shows this time , they just left a note for whatever was in the court that day. I felt there were details in my case that could have been pointed out for a better result, instead I get a random lawyer literally 1 min before going on stand.
I feel I could have done this myself in all honesty.
