What an amazing experiance.

We were referred to Angel Wilkins for the purchase of our property. Neil kept in touch with us every step of the way . He also gave us advice on things to pay attention to with our mortgage and recommendations for what our insurance needed to cover ( things that could easily be overlooked) .We highly recommend Neil and his team for a smooth purchase . We had our keys within 2 months. We cannot thank Neil and his team enough for a quick response. Would definitely use them again

From what I remember when we brought our house, Elizabeth was fine and sale went through well. After 5 years at the house and me calling up just to ask help to understand the deeds to the house in the hope to get an extension, they came across very agitated and annoyed with me, not helpful which has upset me. I know all our documents would be boxed away, I just wanted to understand the paperwork that I have in front of me in the hope to avoid getting planning permission. Now it looks like we will have to pay for that or ask around to get someone to help us understand the paperwork that was given to us. Will not use them in the future due to the rudeness.
Feels like once they have dealt with you, you are no longer of any importance.

I recently used Angel Wilkins in Wantage for the purchase of a property in Didcot, my solicitor was Kirsty Gunn who was extremely helpful and always took my calls or got back to me very quickly.
Having previously sold a property and used another solicitor for the sale the difference between the two firms were poles apart.
When I next require a solicitor I will be using Angel Wilkins, and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently sold and bought using Angel Wilkins (specifically Neil Angel) as our solicitors. Neil was extremely helpful throughout and responded promptly to all emails. All other parties we dealt with (other agents/brokers) commented that they had always had positive dealings with Angel Wilkins. During his holiday period another solicitor was brought in to take over our case who was also very professional and helpful.

Awful service. Used Amanda Wilkins in the Swindon branch to remortgage. Completion was supposed to happen on the Monday two days before had still not received any paperwork.So I chased and then had one day to sign and get witnesses for paperwork. My husband had to take time off work with no notice in order to go in and provide ID etc. If I hadnt of chased the whole thing wouldnt have even gone through. Terrible service. Also when I rang up to speak to Nigel in order to ask who was permissable to use as a witness. He asked me which solicitor firm I was using....umm YOU which is why I am talking to YOU. Shocking. Avoid.
