Equine loan contract Legal advise and support

I contacted Jacqui in an Emergancy situation, she listened to senario and asked questions before providing clear intrim advise. After the weekend she calmly and professionally guided me through dealing with a difficult situation where emotions were high and was able to resolve the situation and reduce our stress. Her communication was fantastic.

In-depth legal advice delivered with compassion and equine knowledge

Jacqui Dark was recommended to us by an equine vet. We had a particularly difficult experience with someone who bought a share in a competition horse, failed to finish paying us, wouldn’t return the horse and refused to agree to any reasonable offer to move forward. We were never going to reach a settlement because the other party just moved the goal posts all the time. After 18 months, Jacqui managed to organise a final settlement and we were able to bring our horse back home. We lost time and emotional energy on this but Jacqui navigated through the obstacles thrown at us by the other party. We cannot thank her enough and would strongly recommend anyone facing a similar situation to contact her. She is fair, honest, knowledgeable and compassionate. In short Jacqui does her job superbly but with the added bonus of her personal equine knowledge and a depth of compassion for her clients which we were not expecting.

OUTSTANDING - both in support and advice

I have had reason to be assisted by Jacqui Dark on two occasions to date - and her assistance and advice has been exemplary on every level. Both cases were in regards to Me helping owners sell there horses and being caught in the cross hairs of issues after the fact - on both occasions the owners and myself were not guilty of any of the said accusations but needed legal advice to counter these attacks - this firm gave sound PROMT and careful advice - wrote letters of reply and DID NOT COST THE EARTH to protect myself.
