Wills - Dealing with estate of my intestate brother.
When a family member dies it is a very distressing time. After the usual formalities, there are a lot of loose ends to tie up and "make sense of" that the individual has left behind. As executor for my brother's estate - who died intestate, (which made it more difficult) it was a completely unfathomable jumble for me to sort out.
