Fast and efficient lawyers. Something that most of us need to consider is the law makes us wait, and wait, and wait some more anyway. Lawyers I have used in the past love this because they can charge more and more. So needless to say i wanted someone that wouldn't drag my case along. Fair price, great work - I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely shocking service. I am currently in the process of selling a house which I bought 18 months ago. I am currently unable to complete the sale because this company failed to file a DS1 form to enable the land registry title to be transferred into my name 18 months ago. My solicitor contacted them in January to request that they process it as a matter of urgency. They were the solicitor acting on behalf of the vendors when I purchased the property. They filed the document in February but they dated it incorrectly so it was rejected by land registry. They then did absolutely nothing for 2 months, despite being chased by my solicitor persistently. They eventually filed a second DS1 at the beginning of April, which was still dated incorrectly. This has now been rejected by land registry again. So 4 months on, and I still cannot sell my house, thanks to this company. Quite how they think any of this is acceptable is beyond me. I purchased the property in good faith and as the owner, I should have the right to sell whenever I wish to. However, thanks to this incompetence and couldn't care less attitude of this law firm, I can't, despite the fact that I have a buyer, who has also completed all searches, surveys and due diligence and paid for these services, in good faith. Entirely inadequate and unacceptable service.
