David Winnett was the calm in a very turbulent sea. His advice was pragmatic, logical, designed to deescalate issues and simply move things forward. I felt his approach was tailored to the priorities that were important to me and I think that informed some of his decisions as he advocated for me and my children. I always felt confident in his advice and eventually we got there in the end !

Constantly having to Chase up the solicitor. We send emails, It can take days to get any response And if we call, we always get put through to an assistant, which isn’t very helpful because they don’t know exactly what is happening with our sale or purchase. They make it very stressful and overly long winded process.
Can’t say I’ll be using them again.

My father died and I instructed Hopkins to deal with probate and sale of the property and everything but as there were several executors, despite I'd instructed them to deal with it all, one year later of my father's death, I'm still trying to sort things out that the solicitors failed to do 😡
