Mr Graham Heathcote. Bhartia Best solicitors Nottingham.

Great thanks to Graham Heathcote for his professional performance in court and throughout my case, where he was both sympathetic and straightforward in his communication and approach. He made me feel at ease during a difficult time as well as seeing through aligations made against me then firmly approached the crown in order to communicate the laws there to protect the public. I'm very grateful to be represented by Mr Heathcote and Bhartia Best for a successful day in court. Thank you.

Family law- child arrangements court proceedings.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support and service provided by Shannon during my family child arrangements court proceedings. Throughout what was a difficult and emotionally challenging time, she was superb in every regard. She was professional, compassionate, and always took the time to listen to my concerns. I truly felt respected, as she considered my opinions and direction while providing clear, constructive legal guidance.

What stood out most was her unwavering commitment to ensuring that every decision made was in the best interests of my children, which gave me great confidence in the process. Her kindness and courtesy made navigating this challenging situation more manageable.

Additionally, her legal aid, Jasmine, was equally wonderful—responsive, supportive and professional. Both of them always responded promptly to emails and telephone calls, which made me feel valued as a client every step of the way.

Thanks to their expertise and dedication, what could have been a daunting experience was made much more manageable. I am incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would highly recommend their services.

Criminal matter

I approached Bhatia Best solicitors and I was put in contact with Steve.
I had a very prolonged case, involving a number of years waiting. Nether the less, I was made to feel comfortable and secure everything was in hand and dealt with efficiently every time the next step came along.
I just want to say a massive thank you for all of the hard work put in behind the scenes, making things less intense and putting me at ease.
Thank you for putting into place me being able to appear to a trial remotely and doing so very quickly after raising my concerns. This took a huge amount of stress away from the worries I had leaving my daughter and financial implications.
I appreciate everything right from the beginning that you have done for me involving my case.

Exceptional performance

Matthew Smith has been an exceptional lawyer throughout my aggravated burglary case, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the legal process clearly and ensuring I understood every step we were taking. He was always responsive, answering my questions promptly and addressing any concerns with professionalism and care.

One of Matthew’s greatest strengths is his communication. He kept me informed at all times, promptly relaying any updates or important information regarding the case, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during a very stressful time.

Most importantly, Matthew’s skill and attention to detail in preparing my defense were instrumental in achieving a not guilty verdict. He thoroughly analyzed every piece of evidence, laid out a compelling argument, and effectively demonstrated my innocence. His dedication and expertise truly made all the difference.

If you’re looking for a lawyer who is professional, responsive, and deeply committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients, Matthew Smith is the one to call. I am beyond grateful for his hard work and highly recommend him.

The objective was to provide the highest quality legal services to all of our clients, providing straightforward advice with expertise and efficiency. With nearly 30 years history of serving the East Midlands, the Company has established itself as a key provider of Legal Services to countless individuals and businesses across the region. From small beginnings, we now employ over 100 staff at our 3 branches in Nottingham, Derby and Mansfield. Our team consists of specialist lawyers at all levels. Each of our teams brings decades worth of experience to each case. Over the years, we have developed our practices to better assist our clients with even greater efficiency. We have, like any other practice, embraced the use of technology in order to ensure that we are always working from the most up to date information. Recent years have been a challenge to all and we recognise that the traditional, office based model is becoming a thing of the past. That’s why all of our specialist solicitors are able and equipped to respond to our clients wherever they are. While times have moved significantly on, our objective remains the same. At Bhatia Best, you can be assured that, whatever the problem, we are here to help.
