I have had numerous dealings with the firm regarding family matters over the years. I have been represented by 3 solicitors from the firm however, predominantly Kyle Patterson, i want to express my sincere gratitude to kyle for his professionalism and kindness throughout the long processes i have gone through!

I had to attend bedlington court for an incident in November, having never been to court before I turned up not knowing what would happen.

I was assigned Steve from yarwood Holmes law limited.

And from the get go Steve was open,honest but advised me the severity of the incident. Steve took the time to go through what has actually happened and delicately helped me through the whole process in the court.

I ended up getting a community order which was a great result.

Steve and yarwood really helped me through this day, which was the worst day of my life to date. I have came out the other end feeling optimistic and ready to get my life on track, all thanks to them.

This was by far one of the hardest periods of my life, of which I hope to never experience again.

I found Mr Nixon after cancelling an appointment with another firm (I had an un easy feeling after a phone conversation with the other solicitor)

I'm so glad I cancelled that appointment.

I truly believe that in order to work with someone on something that is so personal there has to be a good match in personalities, trust and empathy.

Ben had all of this and more. He never once made me feel like I had to convince him of what I was saying. I felt listened to and most importantly, believed. Over the course of 7 months I worked with Ben, and am delighted to say we got the outcome we hoped to gain.

It was not easy to say the least but Ben communicated with me every step of the way, he even picked me up when I felt utterly broken, he recognised when I was struggling.
He understood how I processed things and could tell me what I was thinking before I opened my mouth.

A father himself, he knows how important our children are to us. He worked extremely my case and that was evident from the extensive reports he wrote.

There are not enough words in the world to express my thanks to Ben. I will be forever thankful to him.

My focus is now to create the happy memories for myself and my son. This wouldn't have been possible without Ben Nixon. Thank you.

When I was initially advised to find a solicitor I was totally in the dark. I'd never needed one before. I had originally booked to meet with someone from another firm. But after getting an uneasy feeling I called back and cancelled the meeting. I then found Mr Nixon.

When you're about to go into a court room to discuss the most precious little person in your life you need to have faith in the professional representing you.

I 100% believe that Ben and I had a very good understanding of one another from the start. The more we talked the more he seemed to understand how I processed information and knew how I would react to certain questions being thrown my way.

I felt comfortable talking open and honestly to Ben. I never felt like I had anything to prove to him and he was probably the only person I didn't once become defensive with when discussing the situation.

He worked extremely hard to resolve my case and I will be forever thankful for fighting my corner.

He took the time to explain everything to me, advise the best way forward and helped me understand it from a legal point of view, which is a very hard thing to do with something so very personal with emotions running high.

When I struggled he helped me keep it together, when I got defensive he reeled me back in. He has the patience of a saint.

I hope I never ever need anyone like Mr Nixon ever again but if I did, he would be the first person I would call.
