Great experience using SME for the second time

Sanderson McCreath & Edney have been great both times we have worked with them. They have always been very good at getting back to me on emails and chasing other parties to get the house sale to exchange.

Delusional experience right from the beginning. Lack of communication and information, which I had to ask for continually. Terrible advice on the sale of our house for which we lost thousands of pounds. Mark Pentecost, I found rude and unhelpful, whilst in the 'waiting room' he didn't even say good morning. I wouldn't recommend them.

We appreciate you were dissatisfied with our service, but we worked incredibly hard to maintain positive relations with you throughout. The process was explained to you repeatedly, the necessary steps were again outlined to you, several times, as & when it was time to take such action. Further, you were made aware of all the issues surrounding the sale of the property & how best to achieve this. You chose to ignore the advice given & were then dissatisfied by the lack of an immediate result. In the circumstances we would ask that you remove your review as it is not an accurate reflection of the services provided.
