Always kept me updated and call backs happened same day.
This review is for a different branch.
I'm confused after reading the reviews prior to mine. I usually use Tim Barker who works from the Bedlington branch however he suggested I use Nick O'hara in the Blyth branch. Nick has been quick and always happy to keep us updated and returns our phone call at some point on the same day. He is never vague and gives me precise information. He has made something quite stressful as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend and would gladly give them my business again. I would also like to add that the receptionist and his secretary Emma have always been very polite and professional.

Used car salesman are more honest.
This review is for a different branch.
Review for Bedlington branch, and Tim Barker.
Lacks integrity.
Tim will do what he thinks the court wants, and not what is best for the client.
Ignored client requests, and instead followed what he believed to be best for his career.
Tim spent a lot of time talking to other clients, that was charged to myself.
Will pretend to be a friend, but only interested in your money. Don't trust him.
Tim could be a decent person, if he changes his ways, and starts thinking about others and not just his own career path.
