It is rare to say that dealing with conveyancing solicitors is a pleasure - but Shepherd & Co (esp Sajid Nazir) have been amazing for many reasons:
- Their communication is timely, efficient, open and really friendly.
- They have consistently delivered and completed their tasks on time (or even early)
- They are on the ball - importantly, they spotted a key legal issue that was less known to the industry and could have left us in a lot of hot water if left unresolved.
Unfortunately our chain of house-buying collapsed but this was nothing to do with Shepherd & Co - they worked so hard for us and took away a lot of the stress. We will definitely be using them again once we are back on the move!
