Avoid if a lease is involved

If you are looking at anything to do with the purchase or sale of a property and a lease is involved avoid at all costs. I went to sell my apartment only to find that Seatons hand not registered the property and only provided me with a draft lease, I lost two cash buyers and nine months of my life. Many other issues accumulated in to more time lost and thousands of pounds in costs.

Absolutely shocking service received from Emma Mchugh. Considering she is one of the Directors at Seatons you would think the service would be out of this world. Yet it was the total opposite. No communication , very slow work ethic and slow responses. Failed to hand any files over to colleagues when on Annual Leave. Emma`s assistant Joanne to be fair did more than Emma and was at least trying to help even though she isn't a trained solicitor. Would not recommend Seatons for any conveyancing needs not unless you are happy to wait 7 months for your house sale / purchase to get completed.
