We instructed Natalie Hall when trying to buy our first house. Although our purchase sadly fell through due to unforeseen circumstances, we would absolutely go back to Natalie again. Throughout the process, she was responsive, proactive, thorough, and supportive.
Leanne Dalby was also very lovely and super helpful.

Incompetent. Do not deliver as per their Terms and Conditions. Costs excessive and questionable. Communication shocking. Do not like complaints and do not handle fairly. Have taken up with the Legal Ombudsman.

Wonderful service provided from Hethertons by Leanne during the purchase of my partner and I’s first house. As first time buyers, it was definitely daunting at first, however Leanne did an excellent job for us and made the whole thing so much easier and stress-free. Welcome from Simon Nellar – Consultant Simon is the longest serving member of staff at Hethertons, having being with the firm for over 35 years. Drawing upon a vast wealth of knowledge, he has expertise in many areas of legal work but has primarily concentrated on Family law for the last 25 years. Throughout his time with the firm, Simon has built a professional, highly skilled team who are able to meet even the most obscure requirements of our clients with straightforward and practical solutions.
