My family have used Elmhirst Parker for generations. Living in Cheltenham I had previously used local firms, but I felt I was not getting a good service, so as most of the work can be done via email I chose to use Elmhirst Parker. I couldn't fault the service. Thank you!

I've previously been involved in 2 buying/selling property processes and have found communication from and with solicitors recommended on those occasions challenging, requiring constant chasing by myself to get updates/move things along. Siobhan had kept us updated throughout what became a lengthy process and has always responded within 24 hours, mostly less, to any questions I have asked. I would not hesitate to use Elmhirst Parker again.

Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Alex Passey and Siobhan Clay were excellent - very friendly, clear explanations and always returned calls promptly. One of the things I liked was I was not too pressurized. Rejected a company had successfully used before because of constant bombarding with emails! Many thanks to all of you !!
