We had an unbelievable smooth purchase on our property by using the team at Leathes Prior. Rachael, Angela and the team were responsive, answered all our questions and worked to our hopeful completion date with no issues.
Price was competitive and it was just great have solicitors who got back within 24 hours and would also answer the phone.

The selling process was explained clearly both verbally and in the written information provided. I felt confident from the correspondence with both Angela and Rachael that they were on top of things throughout the process. The completion, minor hiccups with the buyer and stream of buyer queries were handled professionally and led to completion within the timeframe required.
