Professional, supportive and reassuring

I would highly recommend eg.law for their services! Our mortgage advisor recommended them for the purchase of our first home and it was an excellent choice! Despite their workload, as I can only imagine incredibly packed, they were very responsive and reassuring throughout the whole process. We received updates on a regular basis and I particularly appreciate everyone's patience when answering all the questions that we had about various steps of the process and documents. Property purchases are notorious for dragging on for a long time, but honestly, eg.law did their absolute best to get everything through for us quickly and efficiently. I definitely felt in safe hands the whole time.

We had an excellent experience recently when selling and buying a house. Naomi and Hannah carefully guided us through the whole process, making sure we understood how legal regulations had changed over time. Their help made everything less stressful than would have been the case and we are now settling into our new home.

Naomi, Hannah and Caleb were a dream team on my sale and purchase. Always on hand with prompt responses and I always felt as though they were willing to go the extra mile. They also dealt with a lender issue on completion day and I’m not sure what I would have done if it wasn’t for professionalism.

We have just moved into our first home. We used EG law through recommendation from a friend. We couldn’t be more pleased with how smooth the process was of moving into our first home. The staff were informative, professional and friendly and always available for any questions no matter how silly they were! They were always quick to respond which we found very useful! I have now worked with Marc Greig at eg Law 4 times on buying and selling 2 places. He has been outstanding every time. Very clear communication throughout, very timely and effective work, easy to get hold of, great at conundrum discussing/solving and very informed, articulate, down to earth and pragmatic about all unusual queries. We will offer an out of hours service in order to assist the more concerned clients, at the same time as keeping our outgoings to a minimum. In offering this facility, whether by telephone or online, we believe that we will provide an attractive alternative to the services currently on offer.
