I find the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous to start with because I wasn't sure what I wanted to do making decisions of my Will but Nicola explained a few things that I needed to know and that helped me a lot how I made my new Will. Put my mind at ease.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Burridge & Pluck. I approached them for a straight forward legal matter that required only about 10 minutes of work. To my surprise, I was billed an exorbitant fee that seemed entirely disproportionate to the time and effort involved.
While I understand solicitors charge for their expertise, the fee I received felt like blatant overcharging, especially given how quick and basic the service was.
