F A Lee and Co was founded in April of 2003 by Mr Fitzroy Lee, who is the principal solicitor at the firm. Mr Lee is solicitor with over 20 years of post qualification experience and the firm has been engaged in carrying out criminal defence work exclusively from inception. Over a number of years, F A Lee and Co has represented clients in a wide range of cases in terms of their seriousness, ranging from simple theft to more serious offences, such as possession of firearms and murder. These have included a number of cases which have attracted a high level of publicity in the local area and others which have come to the public attention further afield. The ethos of F A Lee and Co is that every client will be treated equally, fairly and that we will endeavour to properly defend them regardless of the seriousness of the charge, their social standing or ethnicity. Mr Lee prides himself on the fact that every client coming to the attention of F A Lee and Co will have regular communication with him throughout the course of their case.
