You told me not you will not be charged.I said thank you for listening my story.I Stood up and you stood up next to me just by the door. I was expected you to open the door lock and let me out.I Didn’t see you making any efforts or movement to open the door for me.I unlocked and opened door myself while walking home.I felt this moment been trapped, uncomfortable and unsafe.

27◦ I felt extremely cheated and been lied to.I didn’t know what to do as I was in a trapped situation by you.If I agreed to the £4,500 then £7,300 would be lost. I had very difficult days and I do not wish to go back to being homeless again. You always told me in each meeting we had that you have been touched by this.

28◦ I asked to continue and you also promised me you won’t ask more than £12,000 several times including barrister and vat.

37◦ I asked you what will happen and you told me that you can’t do anything until you have heard from Appeal Tribunal just to be petition and wait for the decision.

38◦ I asked you, how likely is my case to succeed? You told me “you already won my love but the judge will reward you a low amount of compensation, you will make sure you will get your spending” Until that moment you never told me your claim only £8,800 on the lower band. You made me spent £11.800.You keep telling me.You said to have competition or and up no competition no problem for you.

39◦ I asked if there was risk involved and you said No because You won the case only judge has to reward you with competation.

40-Your very first email to me is dated 25/05/23 You never told me that you also charge for emails and that’s why I hardly email you back too scared since.

41-However, until last 72 hours to the hearing you started bombard me via emails or phone calls.I feel you do that for only one reason putting me under the pressure and demand more money which you did just day before to the hearing. You used this as a opportunity just to increase my bill.

42- I scared email your emails back. You told me come to office take your bundle for the court hearings. When I come to collect you asked from me more money again for barrister.

42-I felt this moment dizzy.I thought that I am going to claps on the floor and to die inside the your office.

43-You Told me why you look so upset. You look so bad, stress. You told me you can’t work like that go and get sick note 3 or 4 months. How much you can.I told you.I can request 2 weeks more you said take 2 months.I called my GP said my solicitor thinks I need sick note. She give me 2 months.

I couldn’t eat I couldn’t slept even into the dreams I was showing you some doing me emails. I was wakes up no emails and my sleep was disturbed. I was feeling unwell. I called my GP signed off for two weeks. When I come to your office you told me you don’t look unwell.I told you yes I am not well because this ace and your emails and calls ruined my life. You told me go GP ask more sick note.

45- I told you two weeks enough.I believe when this case finish will be calm. You advice me;if you don’t get sick note they think this is not genuine. I called my GP made phone consultation.I told her my solicitor recommended me get sick note because.I am not well. I requested two months as you requested.

46-I have told you that. I am not upset just disappointed and helpless myself because you know better than me,You trying scaring me, taken advantage.I should be listen my friends and pull way myself from you.I am not happy that you keep asking more and more money.I left while walking home I have reservations and nagging doubts, which trouble me immensely, especially as I am worried about how much more you are going to ask.I was ready just drop all case didn’t want you to scam me more and more.

47-I emailed you asked to stop asking money if you want to do for £11,800 do it otherwise just leave it.

48-You informed me your barrister wife passed away. Am sorry to hear that.I felt this money just drop to case from your representation I take this is kind of sign Allah given me . I Was ready just drop while case because your attitude using the law just excuse and making profit by scaring people.

Why you decided to do everything last 72 hours.

49-You told me that.We can use your sick note as an excuse to the court she is going to tell court his not well that’s why we end up responding late.

50-I was’t happy you to use this as a excuse the court.I am very moral person don’t like attitude like that.

51-I said to you not you can’t use as excuse to cover your deliberate action.I am not unwell the real reason you left everything last 72 hours this is only reason become unwell.I was hardly sleeping from your emails and calls.I was become paranoid.I couldn’t recognize my face on the mirror.

Inefficient firm and felt I was ripped off as they overcharged

Please DO NOT use this firm. They are inefficient and unprofessional. The initial meeting is very inviting. They require upfront full payment. Once you make the payment the communication and professionalism comes to an end. At the end you will be overcharged.
