Professional, efficient and proactive
Ozma was my solicitor for both a sale and purchase and did an amazing job, negotiating the murky waters of local councils, estate agents and other solicitors with ease. She was quick to respond to any calls or emails and always kept me up to date. I felt Ozma was very much "on my side" and most of all she communicated like a "real person" rather than in the officious and held-back manner of many solicitors. Highly recommended.
