Not a firm to be trust and certainly not there to help clients.

I recently used J & Co solicitors for my re-mortgage process, I have to admit it was a very slow and stressful period.
They have not acted with reasonable care and skill resulting in financial loss throughout my time with them.
Completion date of 31st October 2024 was required, however they failed to meet this deadline. Despite many reminders, my emails and calls went on deaf ears.
I was advised that completion date would now be 19th November 2024 and this is when funds would be transferred to Help to Buy.
Unfortunately, not only was I advised that the funds never reached Help to Buy on 19/11 but was also advised that the evaluation report had now expired- resulting in further financial loss.
I was displeased with the service.
A top rated solicitor on their site, totally false.
Overall, I would NOT recommend J & Co.

I have nothing but positive comments to make about Bendika & the firm. From the first time I met Bendika I had a good feeling that she was the right solicitor to help/represent me and she didn’t let me down at all. Bendika was honest from the start about how difficult my case could be & it was even worse than expected, but she was always there for me, any questions or concerns I had I knew I could contact her. She supported me so much throughout the whole case and I can’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend the firm to anyone needing a solicitor, but more so I would recommend Bendika herself (I have already recommended a friend to her).

I was introduced to the Johal and Co Socilitirs by Hillingdon Women's Centre due to domestic abuse I was experiencing at home. At first, I was reluctant to divorce my husband thinking things would get better but I met a nice solicitor lady called Bendika advised me on what to do and helped me get divorced from my abusive husband. The solicitor who helped me was very professional and well-informed and good customer service. I finally got my divorce and started a new life free from abuse. I highly recommend them.

Great service, highly recommended

Anusika dealt with probate and the sale of two properties for our family. She was very reliable, with good communication and professional services. She supported us through a difficult process efficiently and was always available when needed.

We were given good and reliable advice and we felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend using Anusika and will definitely use her myself again in the future if needed.
