Unprofessional and unresponsive

I used them in 2021 for a bridging loan and to register a charge on a property.

They made mistakes and failed to register my charge with companies house.

I emailed them to look into what happened back in April and received mails from Belinda and Richard (who I believe is the Partner). They told me said they would open ann investigation however over eight weeks passed and they were unresponsive to my follow up mails which is highly unprofessional from them and also a Partner of a firm.

Referring them to the Legal Ombudsman to look into my complaint and their investigation Into it.

I would give them less than 1 star if it was possible.

Please do not use them.
