I was working on a tech startup with a friend and due to changing circumstances I had to renegotiate my shareholding in the company.

I contacted an old colleague who now works at Taylor Wessing and she referred me to one of her colleagues, a competent solicitor who handled my affairs simply and painlessly. We talked about the deal, he looked over the contract, wrote a power of attorney for me and charged a very reasonable rate for everything.
