Ian Smith is a fantastic advocate for dads fighting for you and your kids. He understands the problems that dads specifically face and takes a pragmatic approach in getting an equitable outcome.
I was especially impressed with his cross-examination of mum which exposed a lot of her narrative and bad behaviours and he was far more competent that the opposing barrister.
My case is/was insanely complex due to mum and her counsel's litigious behaviours.
