From the outset dealing with Joanna and team was refreshing, clear communication, instruction even went above and beyond to accommodate an up coming court hearing, Joanna rectified a solicitors injustice CCJ claim against me personally winning prior to attend court, would highly recommend, regarding CCJ removal.

Advice On Probate Matters
Having hit some real issues in the settling of my late fathers estate I spoke with Michele from Joanna Connolly Solicitors and was treated to a very very positive experience. Her knowledge and advice was absolutely top drawer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any seeking advice on such matters. Explained everything in terms I easily understood with nothing being too much trouble.

Absolutely Amazing Consumer Credit Act Expert!
The Consumer Credit Act is a complex piece of legislation and expert lawyers willing to represent individuals are few and far between. This firm is an absolute gem.
I discovered Joanna Connolly very late in the process and was on the verge of agreeing a settlement with a court date fast approaching. It took her a day to drive a coach and horses through the creditors "evidence" and they discontinued the claim and have to pay costs. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Highly recommend.
JCS helped me out with a problem I was having with a collections firm issuing a CCJ and did so brilliantly. They were knowledgeable, helpful and professional at every turn. It would have been impossible for me to represent myself to such a high standard.
Massive thanks to everyone at the firm, especially Colin, who was outstanding in my defence. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone that is in need of their services.

I contacted Joanna Connolly Solicitors having received a County Court claim form from Drydensfairfax ‘on behalf’ of Arrow. Right from the very first phone call Colin gave me reassurance that everything would be dealt with and there was no need to worry. The communication throughout the process was fantastic and concluded in a very positive outcome. I had a debt matter which had proved to be a very stressful experience, but as soon as I'd contacted and then instructed JCS, they filled me with confidence whilst remaining realistic. They were however able to achieve an outstanding result for me at a reasonable cost. Have had a few cases using Joanna Connolly, and every time they perform outstandingly. You may not realise it, but many debts are unenforceable due to dodgy & illegal practices employed in the industry.
Joanna & her team are specialists in this area, and if there's any chance of you winning your case (which there probably is), go to them in the first instance.
They charge nothing for you just asking them & assessing your case.

I contacted Joanna after seeing Google reviews and recommendations on a number of forums relating to debt matters. I was nervous to say the least being the first time contacting a solicitor with a debt issue
Joanna and her team were fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly, knowledgeable and concise in their approach. I was kept informed at all stages and most importantly received the desired outcome.
I highly recommend JCS and would not hesitate to contact them again if the need arises. Even at the late stage where I was fearing financial doom, I'm glad I got in touch.
