Honestly the worst 'professional' firm I have come across. They dont answer the phone or reply to emails and they take 1000% longer to do the simplest of tasks than their competitors. I would give 0 stars or minus stars if I could. Please stay away.

They were all very rude on the phone to me and they have not taken any of my personal circumstances into account.
Ben is the latest person I have spoken to and he was incredibly rude and obnoxious.
Can’t wait to get this company off my back!

1 star is extremely generous. An unscrupulous business, preying on the vulnerable with complete lack of empathy, no desire to offer support or treat people like humans - rather a robotic staff member, sticking to the script and exploiting the poorly policed, grey world of Landlords & Tenants.
A quick Google search of this 'business' tells you everything you need to know..
Seek advice; communicate via email so everything is documented; if you must, pay UNDER PROTEST and make this clear in writing; report this 'business' to Watchdog and the Legal Ombudsman; do your utmost to never have to deal with them again.

i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole unless you want to put the fear of god into your tenants and have no qualms about charging outrageous fees
