Incorrect Address

This review is for a different branch.

Throughout the whole process you have been unable to get the address of the property we purchased correct. On all major documentation the address was incorrect when sent through, despite us constantly correcting this mistake it happened time and time again. Which was nice. On one document I pointed out the address was incorrect in a few places and asked that it be proofread, corrected and then sent back. The document was sent back with the address being corrected where I had highlighted but was incorrect for the rest of the document, which was truly outstanding. Finally on completion of the land registry we were sent through an email with the same incorrect address as the heading and a document attached with the incorrect address, despite the official documentation reflecting the correct address.

The sale of our house and the purchase of our new home was dealt with in such an excellent, sincere, helpful, patient, efficient and friendly manner by Kate Williams. She worked extremely efficiently in getting everything sorted in a time constricted transaction. Everything we asked for, Kate dealt with, and, more importantly, things we did not know what to ask for, Kate provided.

During this period there was the Christmas break, and also, Kate had an illness. But despite this, she pulled everthing together in time, taking so much stress away from us.

We cannot praise Kate enough. She could not have represented your Company any better.

Siobhan was incredibly thorough, easy to contact, and clearly an expert in her field. She also dealt admirably with a very poor onward conveyancer, who at times seemed determined to hold up our purchase. We would definitely recommend and use DTM again!

Emily and Kate have both been fantastic!! I have sold 3 properties and purchased 1 with them across 2023 and 2024 and every transaction has run smooth! Their attention to detail and enthusiasm to move cases forward in a efficient manner is unbeatable. I am a mortgage adviser and work alongside conveyancing solicitors on a daily basis with my job but I can honestly say, hand on heart that I have never come across a better duo than these two.
