Do not recomend at all...Very bad solicitor company...Make a claim,they won only 50% of full amount...after they took another half amount somethere? From the rest money they took 25% +5% for their "job"... In the end you get only less whan 20% of full amount claimed for...

awful solicitors do no work keep you left hanging. solicitor dealing with my case was unprofessional very rude liked to speak to you with discusting attitude. closed my case with them after speaking to head of housing disrepair told him ( John lowry) how I thought my solicitor ( Melissa Moulsdale) was being unprofessional and not helping move on my case also speaking to me like a child , belittling me on the phone John's advice was if u don't like our services we will close the claim and if I wanted to put in a complaint do so!
unbelievable!!
both melissa and john who i was dealing with had no sympathy couldn't give a dam i had major heath conditions. when asking for extra support due to mental health & other serious health conditions went ignored . would highly not recomend this company at all !!

I was called by one of the First Response Advisors and the phone manner was polite and courteous and informative. Letting me know one of the solictors would be looking at my claim and then getting in contact within a suitable 24-hour timeframe to go through what happens next and any costs involved. Gavin and his team have finalised my divorce and the effort and professionalism that they did it with was unbelievably brilliant they took all the stress out of the whole process and worked very hard to get the results they got all phone calls and emails were responded to very quickly it was unbelievable how they took care of the finest details in making sure the case was prepared and presented in such a professional manner I was using another law firm at the beginning of my divorce and was really not happy with them but once I'd sat down with Gavin and his team it was amazing how quickly they turned everything around I am so grateful for what they have done and how they turned what was an absolutely hopeless situation that I was in to where I ended up is amazing walking into Gavin's office was definitely one of the best things I've ever done in my 58 years of life

My initial contact with CEL was speaking to Paul Carson who was very patient in listening to my situation, was very clear in the information he required and very reassuring when explaining the role of CEL and how they may help me. I would assume most people go to CEL following a bad experience so it certainly helps having someone like Paul as your guide to hopefully some resolution.
