Do not recomend at all...Very bad solicitor company...Make a claim,they won only 50% of full amount...after they took another half amount somethere? From the rest money they took 25% +5% for their "job"... In the end you get only less whan 20% of full amount claimed for...

awful solicitors do no work keep you left hanging. solicitor dealing with my case was unprofessional very rude liked to speak to you with discusting attitude. closed my case with them after speaking to head of housing disrepair told him ( John lowry) how I thought my solicitor ( Melissa Moulsdale) was being unprofessional and not helping move on my case also speaking to me like a child , belittling me on the phone John's advice was if u don't like our services we will close the claim and if I wanted to put in a complaint do so!
unbelievable!!
both melissa and john who i was dealing with had no sympathy couldn't give a dam i had major heath conditions. when asking for extra support due to mental health & other serious health conditions went ignored . would highly not recomend this company at all !!

I was called by one of the First Response Advisors and the phone manner was polite and courteous and informative. Letting me know one of the solictors would be looking at my claim and then getting in contact within a suitable 24-hour timeframe to go through what happens next and any costs involved.
