Mr. Dilip Kumar, from ABS lawyers, provided an excellent service representing us on purchasing our first home. He diligently followed up with the estate agent if and when required, meanwhile coordinating with the lender solicitor as well. He expedited the whole process throughout till the completion date. We would highly recommend their service.

Having served as a legal officer in the Land Registry for 6 years, I've had my fill of useless overpaid cretins. I know all too well the crafty tricks and turns of property solicitors. I put him through the mill a bit, to see his reactions.
Despite extremely ridiculous last minute requests from the buyer's inept solicitor, Dilip kept the ball rolling with excellent communication.
I would 100% recommend him.
A cut above the rest.
