Very professional and thorough service

We have no real issues with Lilac Law as all staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The only issue which is probably an age thing is that almost everything is done online these days and resulting in a lot of e mails and attachments! Overall very satisfied and we would use them again, which we are for another house purchase.

Can’t recommend Lorna highly enough.

I cannot recommend Lorna highly enough! She has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of my flat purchase.

From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient, always taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me. She even managed to reassure me when I was spiralling from the stress of it all!

This purchase was a bit of a rollercoaster and Lornas professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for her clients means I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor to get me through it, I’m so grateful for all her hard work!
