All our conveyancers are qualified Lawyers which demonstrates our expertise and competence in our legal field. We have complete trust in all our staff’s competency and abilities. This provides a more proactive and successful experience for our clients; our Lawyers are able to highlight any legal issues or problems at the outset of a transaction and can proactively remedy such issues without prolonging a transaction through lack of knowledge or experience. Lilac Law offers direct access to a Lilac Lawyer throughout the transaction by way of mobile, email or a client portal, allowing for quick and efficient communication. Immediate resolution of legal issues or queries is achieved by removing paralegals, switchboards, hold music and assistants as blockades to communication with the Lawyer.
