Worst experience possible!! Very happy to take my money but left me at court with no representation and told me that I’m on my own! Shockingly poor from a supposedly professional firm. I would never recommend this firm of conmen to anyone!

Amazing outcome

I was repasented by Lauren from the Bootle branch I traveled all the way from Bradford with my bag expecting prison and I walked out with a fine
FIRST TIME EVER I HVE WALKED OUT IF COURT she is absolutely amazing highly recommended

many thanks to both jim murray and mark ellis - great representation in court and preparation at the office - succeeded in keeping my driving licence with 12 points and being able to continue driving - highly recommended

Absolute disgrace, elliot smallshaw was apparently dealing with my case for months. He made no progress and when I complained to jayne Thomas he accused me of being the one at fault because I missed his call, I then pointed out that I had called back twice within 20mins of his call to be told he was busy and would get back to me. I also called the next day and was told the same, I also sent 3 emails over the next few weeks. No answer to anything. The case was then turned over to Lee Massingham, he called me and said dont worry I am personally going to work on your case, give me 24-48hrs and I will get back to you with a plan on how to move forward that was 37 days ago. I have called, left voice messages and emailed several times to both Lee Massingham and jayne Thomas and have not had a single reply. I tried to go to another solicitor but when I explained what had happened they refuse the case. They say because James Murray have been "dealing" with the case for months it does not pass their risk assessment. Absolutely disgusting level of service, thankyou for destroying my chance to have my case heard.
