I cant recommend Nina and her firm enough. From the very beginning she understood my needs and wishes and helped me navigate a fair and reasonable course through my divorce. We avoided court, despite complexities including the obvious wealth distribution negotiations .

My divorce proceedings started 2 and a half years ago, I originally appointed a different solicitor firm to act on my behalf, after a very disappointing start, a friend of mine had recommended Moss Fallon as they had acted against him and he was so impressed with the job they did he recommended I go to them for my divorce.
From my first initial meeting with Justin, I instantly felt at ease & a huge relief.
Beth and Kate looked after me and they destroyed my wife’s case and obtained a forty thousand pound costs order against her.
I honestly felt like I was the only client Moss Fallon was acting for, their attention to detail, professionalism, and the way they handled my case, I honestly could not have asked for a better outcome.
The whole outcome of my divorce would have been completely different if it wasn’t for the services of Moss Fallon, and for that I am hugely grateful.

I was unfortunate enough to be in a divorce proceeding for the past 2 years before Gemma came recommended. My previous lawyer (from a different firm altogether) kept postponing court dates and as a result, each time we came to an agreement, my ex felt there was still more room to negotiate afterwards. In short, the end was never in sight. After 2 years I knew I had to change lawyers and Gemma was introduced.
I spoke to Gemma just before Christmas and she was immediately hands on. She was always available, organized and clear in her advise; her advise are written & detailed, so one can go over it as many times to fully grasp what is at hand ( handy for someone like me whom have never been divorced before). Gemma also made sure my Barrister & Justin (Senior Partner) were also on board. This was an enormous change from what I had experienced before. I had a team. Gemma is firm and meticulous. Non disclosure was at the heart of my negotiations and Gemma and her forensic accountant made a compelling case.
She is sensitive towards the cultural aspects and differences (and may I say, aware of my ex's shortcomings) when negotiating. Thus within 10 months she reached an agreement.
Another point I would like to add is that this firm (and Gemma) is truly operating with the intention to reach a conclusion as fast as possible without losing sight to what matters to the client. Throughout the proceedings they have acted as a 'force to be reckoned with' and simultaneously kept the proceedings with dignity and the high standards one would expect from one's lawyers. This firm went through great length to protect & secure my interest. Gemma has fought hard to secure a fairer outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Going through my divorce was one of the most challenging experiences of my life. This firm is an exceptional find. And its people are exceptional at what they do. I felt cared for and carried in every aspect of this procedure. Best investment I could make in myself, an outcome and in advice. Without Gemma Wilkinson, I would have been lost! A very happy client. Fantastic outcome. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have just completed a long and drawn out settlement that this firm has stood by me through from start to finish.
There are loads of details I could relay, but the essence is that I found everyone in this firm to be empathetic to my case, understanding of my feelings of being intimidated by the opposition, and concrete in their understanding of the legal situation and cast iron in their support.
Good humour and a total absence of stuffiness or pomposity put me at ease and allowed me some comfort in knowing someone had my back in very worrying circumstances.

Hannah was professional,understanding, patient, caring and sensitive to my worries. At each stage She explained the process and helped me through it. She calmed me down when things got too much and was always on the end of a telephone.
If you find yourself having to go through the devastation of a Divorce I would recommend them 100%
