Susan Paul @ Peaceful Progress

Susan Paul is more than a brilliant solicitor, she is a kind human being as well, which i think is extremely important when you feel as if your world is collapsing around you. When you are convinced that you are right and suddenly the establishment - in my case a large NHS Trust - pulls out the big guns (top barristers) it can feel hopeless. Susan was with me all the way and in the end I decided (as I had started a new life in another country) not to continue as it was affecting my well-being and my ability to move on. She supported my decision wholly, and made sure that I received a settlement, even though I was ready to walk away with nothing, as for most people it’s wasn’t about the money, but the principle. But she stuck with it and within hours the Trust were more than happy to pay out in order to close down the case. She continued to support me, when after 7 years I returned from working overseas. She mentored both me and my son (who is now a film producer) and a group of young people, at no cost. She remains ones of the most important people in my life. With Susan you get EVERYTHING and more. She goes over and above the call of duty and she is a brilliant listener, a skill many think there have but that’s questionable. Her beautiful smile, is both comforting and assuring, and yet behind it all is a highly intelligent, meticulous professional. As a consultant clinical psychologist, who since that time, has achieved so much in my own life, I can recommend Susan Paul to anyone.

I have worked with Susan in her capacity as a leader and coach in Primary Care, and she is clearly in her element in these positions. She shows immense understanding, compassion, insight, energy and remains constantly calm when working as a coach. She is absolutely committed to working with people and for people, she will put in no less than 150%.
