Dangerous Ethical Breaches and Stolen money
My review is lead with direct experience with the firm.
Alistair parker stole from me and continues to dispute costs when owing up to the appropriate refund would be the most satisfying response. You were the one that phoned me not the other way around ten seconds before I fired you.
Karan sent paper documents against my consent to my address as I have never dealt with legal matters in paper format. Karan sent the papers against my consent, with intent to ignore clients wishes of how they want their personal information handled she did this to cause me deliberate distress and to hope my documents were opened by others than myself. I returned the papers once, she sent them again weeks apart, I returned them again. Requesting repeatedly to stop handling my legally privileged information in this way as it's breaching the gdpr legislation and putting my personal affairs at risk if lost or stolen. Before sending my documents the first offence, Karan is emailed 5 times not to do so. Therefore, if this was not on purpose, I would aver Karan is computer illiterate and cannot read or write, I wonder if that will be apart of her defence. Wrote 'to the occupier of the house' without confirmation of my address. The documents had been returned, she sent them again. Such behaviour will be answerable to a number of regulatory bodies in the uk. Receptionists of firms are employees of the firm and when fines are awarded for negligence it is not to individuals it is to firms. Ie James Saunders. I emailed the owner and no response from Mr Saunders. I have made the commissioners office aware of the dangers of her actions towards protecting client information, which is also of interest to other regulatory bodies. Karan a substandard receptionist is committed to coming out of her role as a desk worker and her comments are usually if not always, condescending, inappropriate and her attitude and behaviour is not professional. She will put your information at risk if she does not like you and Karan made it very clear after sacking Alistair she did not like me, which her wholly displaced attitude sees no ends in sight. She does not belong at this firm. Karan did this knowing the contents of information was of a medical/legal nature which carries heavy fines from the Commissioners Office, this should also put all who respects and seeks to uphold the protection of their personal information to avoid this firm. The firm cannot identify vulnerable clients and my lawyer Ali Parker picked a barrister that was not equipped for the case even though as of this date he remains paid and did not act for me. He said he knew the judge how weird is that. Avoid and protect yourselves, they will not win your case for you which is why I had to sack Alistair on the spot. Karan will seek to ignore clients requests of how they want their data used and shared and in what formats. Karan will do so with intent to risk your information of legally privileged content. Karan has become a liability to her place of employment. Do not use this firm, there had been comments also made at the reception desk to me in 'jest' regarding the percentage lawyers get before the partners which was in turn, slagging the owner off, they don't even like their own firm. I also asked for a meeting face to face with my lawyer or the owner of the firm to which they wouldn't face me and all respectable firms would absolutely invite a client into a private meeting room. Which shows, respectable is not apart of their ethical values at the firm. For all clients seeking a law with respect and integrity you must not use this firm and you must ensure you find a law firm that with every employee represents you and your needs and what you stand for and the correct representation you want. If this is how she treats high paying clients I wonder what troubled internal issues are with them as a company, their reviews on glassdoor are equally as bad from employees.
