Amazing service. I used solicitors in past but Sinthia from Nova is the only one who I would gladly use again. Always on top of the case and acting in the client's best interest. Very good service and reasonably priced too. The lady in reception, I think Rosa was her name, is also amazing in customer service. When I went to their office first time she was the one who turned me into their customer. All the team at Nova was great and I will definitely come back if I need a solicitor in future.

I’m writing this review having just completed the purchase of my new flat using the service of Sinthia Das at Nova Solicitors.

I can honestly say Sinthia has been the best solicitor I’ve worked with.

I chose to work with Nova Solicitors after an initial phone call and in-person meeting with Sinthia, as I immediately felt her warmth and personal approach stood out as exceptional.

Sinthia provided a level of service that exceeded all expectations. Her regular communication gave me the confidence that everything was being handled with the utmost care and professionalism, and she always took the time to explain each step in detail.

Sinthia’s response to enquiries was impressive, even working irregular hours to ensure tasks were completed and that I was never left waiting or wondering about the next steps.

What particularly impressed me was how she expertly navigated some complex situations that arose during the process. It’s clear she has not only the knowledge but also the patience and skill to handle even the most intricate cases with ease.

I truly appreciated how she made what can often be a stressful process so much easier, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Reliable and supportive for a first time buyer

I purchased my first property last summer and Sinthia was my solicitor. She was very supportive during the process, explaining me all the aspects that I did not know as I did not grow up in the UK and legislation is different. She was also very thorough and responsive to communication with the other solicitors. Two months after the offer was accepted I was in my new flat. It definitely made the process of purchasing my first flat less daunting. Thank you Sinthia!

Fantastic Law firm. Highly recommended.

I just wanted to give Yasmin 5 stars for completing and finalising for me what was an extremely complex and time consuming transaction where she acted on my behalf for a transfer and lease extension as well dealing with my mortgage lenders. She's very meticulous in what she does and looks at every fine detail. I wound definitely recommend and use this firm again as she provided excellent service at an affordable rate in comparison to other firms.
