No client care at all - AVOID

Absolutely shocking service following the death of my mother. Instructed them to process Grant of Probate and what followed was a lesson in poor client care, lack of any empathy, no progress unless sent chaser emails and no reply when complaints raised.
DO NOT USE this company for any legal matters, especially following the death of a loved one. This company simply does not care at all.
I have been dealing with the Bristol office but the partner dealing with my case covers all the offices - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

The very best of property lawyers!

The very best of property lawyers!

Rachel Kremer and her assistant Jo were amazing! We had an incredibly difficult transaction with countless people in the chain not doing their jobs properly, Rachel and Jo were amazing - professional, responsive, solution focused; they were always on hand to advise and help us through the transaction. Just really great service - highly recommend!

THEY ONLY FOCUS ON THEIR FEE

Do not use this firm of solicitors for anything, they only want your money and do not care about you as a client - they have no acceptance that they work for anyone apart for their own desire to get money from you - they simply just don't care - and their complaints process is an absolute joke, there is no point even complaining as they just pull together and put their heads in the sand - they believe they are whiter than white, despite clear evidence they are not - go somewhere else, do not use this business for anything.

USELESS

Good morning, In 2018 I acquired an apartment located in London SW1E 6AL at 70 Buckingham Gate through your studio because it was recommended to me due to your professional reputation. My asset is a leasehold, it is the person who represents your company is Mr Timothy Cope. My problem is not current several times I contacted the lawyer in question, but nothing was resolved, the previous owner left a debt inherent in 2016, 2017 and 2018, I came into possession of my property in December 2018. To solve my problem, I contacted a Fidl Law attorney, the lawyer Meduri, who confirmed that in all sales contracts there is a clause that commits the previous owner to settle the bills prior to my acquisition. Today RMG the company that takes care of the condominium in my property sent me a debt collection company with an injunction for payment, how do you plan to proceed to conclude the sale for which you have received a payment?

Awful

Ince Gordon dadds solicitor did not reply to my solicitor for over two months in a simple chain sales. I wonder why firms like this still have a licence to operate . It will be shocking to recommend them to anyone. So unprofessional.

Ince Solicitor is acting unprofessional in a house purchase in which they are acting for the Vendor. No communication to my solicitor for over eight weeks in a simple sale of a property. My solicitor has contacted them several times via email telephone and letters but no answer. We are at a point to exchange contracts but Ince would not reply to enquires and the whole sales chain could collapse as the buyer of my property is threatening to pull out.
Honestly, I don't know how some organisations get their star rating but Ince will not be getting any star. I am highly disappointed with them to say the least
