Poor practice , bad service.
We had contact with This practice from autumn 2018 until present as one of the partners Ben Neal was acting for the other party in our boundary dispute.
After mediation was completed in February 2019 and a deed of settlement signed and witnessed by both parties , Ben Neal withheld the deed and API paperwork before sending to his client who then kept it and would not return to the mediator. Ben Neal was not supposed to do this , the signed paperwork was supposed to be returned expediently to Grant Vincent our mediator. Any attempts to contact Ben Neal have been futile and he is not responding to any communication from the mediator either . We will be complaining officially to the practice. We would not use this solicitor or this practice ever.
